About the client

Discover’ is North West London’s health research register.

The NHS wanted to increase the number of people registered to support with ongoing medical research projects implemented by Imperial College.

Our activities

Our role was to overcome the initial reservations people have and then drive more people to register. 

We ran a multi platform “Become a Hero” campaign to learn which messaging, demographics, and platforms to generate the best level of interest.

The results

We reduced the cost per registration by £89.34 down to £13.66.  

The campaign was a huge national success.
