The perfect candidate has a proven track record of managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, either in-house or agency side, helping businesses achieve more. Our team’s ability to communicate recommendations and speak our clients language is what sets us apart. The perfect candidate will be a great communicator to stakeholders at all levels.
Our Paid Media team works closely with the SEO, Content, CRO and Client services teams, to provide continuous support and strategic direction on client accounts. As part of the delivery team, you will be instrumental in providing the technical expertise that our clients love. You will make sure our clients’ businesses thrive, giving them confidence in our solutions-based approach.
What your day might look like
- Collaborating with our Relationship Managers, you will create data driven strategies that give our clients confidence in our solutions based approach
- Develop & execute Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) strategies
- Optimise campaign performance to meet and exceed clients marketing goals
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio & platform dashboards
- Collaborate with the internal SEO and Content teams to maximise performance of campaigns and overall digital marketing performance of accounts
- Effectively communicate performance and account updates with our Relationship Managers so our clients are always up to date with the great results they are getting
- Continue your own professional development, learning from our in house team of technical experts and regular company wide training sessions to inspire you to do the best work of your career
Skills required
Essential skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Paid Search & Paid Social
- To take initiative being the Paid Media lead when handling client accounts
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills & ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
- Ability to manage budgets & bid strategies effectively

Anything from business strategy pitches, foraging in the woods to bake off challenges, your competitive streak is welcomed and encouraged. (Previous events include clay pigeon shooting, boating, wine tasting, Crystal Maze, cookery courses, Tai Chi and firewalking)

The Apprentice Challenge is a much loved, and much anticipated part of the Footprint Digital calendar. Every quarter, we get the team out of the office for a day to try something completely new, learn from different groups of people, and tie it all back to our day jobs with a competitive marketing challenge. Over the past year, we’ve had four completely unique days out, organised by our incredible Head of People, Charlotte.
