Jo is an incredibly enthusiastic and hardworking individual, who is passionate about technology and continuous learning and development. As a Relationship Manager, Jo is responsible for developing tailored marketing strategies, project managing, data reporting and working with her clients to advise, educate and implement actions that will help to grow their businesses.

Jo’s desire to help people learn about technology saw her take on an IT and Computing Teaching Assistant role in 2011. She then became an SEO Executive at RiceMedia, improving clients’ web presence by auditing their benchmark SEO position and implementing strategies to create growth.

Before joining Footprint Digital as a Relationship Manager in 2018, Jo also held roles as a Web Content Author at Spark44 and SEO Executive at G Forces.

She is a Computer Science graduate, who also has a Masters Degree in Marketing Management from Essex Business School, and has been a Relationship Manager since 2018.
