We’re proud to welcome three new team members: Levi Clucas, Ben Howard, and Kieran Jones.
Each brings a unique skill set and fresh energy to the business, helping us deliver even more value for our clients.
Levi Clucas: SEO Manager
Levi Clucas joins us as SEO Manager, bringing more than seven years of experience in marketing and over a decade in digital. She is a seasoned SEO expert, known for her strategic mindset, her passion for solving complex problems, and her ability to drive measurable growth for clients. She is also a BrightonSEO speaker and an active member of the Women in Tech SEO community.
Levi describes herself as an SEO all-rounder, with particular expertise in local SEO and eCommerce SEO. She thrives on helping businesses connect with their audiences in ways that genuinely make a difference, and she brings a strong sense of compassion, integrity, and commercial awareness to her work.
Her career began in customer-facing roles, including her first job as a receptionist at a leisure centre, but she always knew she wanted to be a businesswoman. Since then, she has built a reputation for delivering high-impact campaigns and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Her productivity style is high-energy and fuelled by snacks, with headphones in, a soundtrack of drum and bass or heavy metal, and at least three different drinks on her desk. When she’s not working, you’ll find her with her horses, exploring vintage shops, gaming on her Switch, or relaxing with a glass of wine in the garden.
Kieran Jones: Paid Media Executive
Kieran Jones joins our Paid Media team as a Paid Media Executive. With previous experience as a Performance Executive, Kieran has worked alongside account managers to support a broad portfolio of campaigns across multiple sectors. He brings an analytical mindset, a strong understanding of paid media platforms, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients succeed.
Kieran’s expertise includes conducting in-depth research to inform campaign structure, grouping keywords by intent, writing tailored ad copy, and continuously optimising for return on ad spend. He has managed campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, using audience insights to design highly targeted ad sets that reach the right people at the right time.
At the heart of his approach is a drive to make a real difference to the businesses he works with. Whether it’s increasing leads, improving ROAS, or helping clients understand the value of paid media, Kieran takes pride in his ability to deliver purposeful, people-first marketing.
His first job was as a waiter at an Indian restaurant, which taught him the importance of communication, timing, and working under pressure; all skills he still uses today. At work, he stays focused with historical podcasts or Star Wars soundtracks playing in the background, and his trusty Stormtrooper stress ball close at hand. Outside the office, he enjoys catching up with friends and occasionally returning to the restaurant to take on a shift to stay grounded and connected to his roots.
Ben Howard: Content Manager
Ben Howard joins as our new Content Manager. A marketing professional with a background in PR, publicity, social media, and content strategy, Ben brings a thoughtful, strategic, and audience-first approach to digital content. He has a particular interest in helping brands in the legal and professional services sectors communicate clearly and confidently online.
Prior to joining Footprint Digital, Ben worked as PR and Content Coordinator at regional law firm Birkett Long. There, he led communications campaigns, produced thought leadership content, and helped to shape the firm’s digital presence. His work demonstrated the power of clear messaging and thoughtful storytelling in helping professionals connect with their audiences.
Ben originally trained as a building surveyor before discovering a love for writing. He now combines creative flair with commercial acumen to craft content that delivers results. Whether he’s writing web copy, social content, or long-form articles, he approaches every project with care, curiosity, and a desire to help businesses grow.
Since joining, Ben has been impressed by how welcoming and supportive the team is. He says the collaborative atmosphere has been one of the best surprises so far. In his downtime, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing with a coffee, and adding “being spotted on Google Street View” to his somewhat unconventional bucket list.
