About the client

The client provides online certified nutrition courses, and has been creating competent, confident, industry leading nutrition coaches for over 10 years.

The project brief

Since 2020, we have partnered with BTN to boost sales of their Academy and enhance online visibility.

We were tasked with tackling the challenge of low website traffic for online conversions and adapting marketing strategies during the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns.

Our approach

We initially focused on PPC and later incorporated paid social ads using Meta, on Facebook and Instagram.

While 2020 yielded positive results, 2021 faced external challenges due to the evolving pandemic.

In 2022, we resumed paid advertising, paid social, and Performance Max campaigns.

Our core strategy centered on targeting the right audience with tailored messaging from research to purchase.
