Dave’s wealth of knowledge and experience around business development and client services spans a career reaching back to the 1980s.

He joined the Footprint Digital team as our Business Development Manager in 2016, bringing with him a well-honed set of skills to understand what new clients need and how the business can support their growth.

Outside of work, Dave regularly sings and plays the drums with his band at events across the country, and volunteers as Chair of Governors at several local primary schools.

For over ten years he worked to develop new business for Provident Mutual, before successfully transitioning into Account Management and Directorship at GFM and Voice Media, respectively.

Dave later returned to GFM as their Client Services Director, running the account management team and acting as the lead contact for major clients.

After seven fruitful years in this role, he took on a new challenge in Business Development, first at Neoteric and then at High Position, where he worked alongside our Managing Director, Tom Bowden.

I joined the team because I knew Tom would create a truly client-focused agency – my favourite part of the job is seeing a client have a ‘penny-drop’ moment where they suddenly realise what they need to make them succeed. I’ve stayed because of how supportive everyone is of each other, both inside and outside of the agency.
