Head of Growth Role

We love our clients and want the best for them. Relationships are at the core of everything we do at Footprint Digital. We work hard to build exceptional relationships with our clients. This role is where it all starts.

Your role as the Head of Growth is to initiate and oversee the entire customer acquisition pipeline so we can build more relationships with more clients. Taking the existing sales and marketing team of 7 under your wing you will spearhead our attack on growth minded brands so that we can expand the number of clients we support from 60 to 120. You will also develop strategies that enable us to deepen our relationships with our clients through the addition of new services.

This will achieve the overall goal of growing the company from £1million to £4million in 3 years.


Where will I work?

Under current COVID-19 guidance our team are working from home. We are a very close knit supportive team and we really miss spending time together! In time we will phase back into a co-working office space in both London and Colchester. You will have the choice of which office you would like to join.

What you need

Successful applicants for the role must share our values.

The holder of the role will be expected to come to the role with experience from the agency world. They will have exceptional presentation delivery skills, emotional intelligence, rapport building skills and project management skills alongside the ability to spot opportunities and ultimately generate leads.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designing the strategy for growth
  • Streamlining the customer acquisition pipeline
  • Defining the positioning for the company and individual products
  • Managing and upskilling the existing team of 7 (including 1 x Marketing Manager, 4 x Partnership Development Managers and 2 x Business Development Managers)
  • Supporting with new business pitches
