Client Services: Relationship Manager (Colchester)

This is a graduate role in Colchester with a salary of £26,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience).

relationships with our clients. As a Relationship Manager, you can expect to work on a profile of clients
from different industries alongside our delivery team to advise, support and facilitate the client in their
journey with Footprint Digital.

The holder of the role will be expected to come to the role with rapport building skills, project and people
management skills, emotional intelligence alongside the ability to take initiative when handling clients and
accounts. Whilst this role requires 3+ years’ of experience in managing client relationships, at Footprint
Digital we never stop learning. Professional development is important to us, we want our employees to do

This is largely an office-based role although you will spend time in meetings or visiting clients. Your working
day will typically be standard office hours, Monday to Friday.

 

Main duties will include:

  • Proactively managing client relationships
  • Project managing to ensure contractual deliverables are completed
  • Communicating with clients regularly
  • Communicating with the internal team
  • Time management to ensure projects are profitable
  • Delivering strategic advice to clients
  • Measuring customer satisfaction
  • Attending internal and external meetings
  • Delivering presentations
  • Attending events
  • Delivering a high standard of work
  • Refining the Footprint Digital Processes

Where will I work?

Under current COVID-19 guidance our Colchester based team are working part time in the office and part time at home.

What you need

Successful applicants for the role must share our values, have a reasonable understanding of the principles of Digital Marketing (often people in this role have recently completed a marketing degree) and have some experience in the industry.  It could suit someone that has previously worked for and understands how web design agencies work.

The holder of the role will be expected to come to the role with exceptional presentation delivery skills, emotional intelligence, rapport building skills and project management skills alongside the ability to spot opportunities and ultimately generate leads.
