The Partnership Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with web development and PR agencies in London.

It is a fun role. You spend most of your time buzzing around London in conversation with interesting people. It is a role where you share ideas, support people and build collaborative relationships.

Lead Generation: Not technical sales

Your main objective will be to build and maintain relationships with partners in order to generate leads. These leads are then passed on to be closed by the sales team. Our main role is to make sure that you are supported to do the best work of your career and learn, play and grow with us.


Shoreditch,  East London, Old Street, Silicon Roundabout & Colchester

This is largely a field role with the majority of your time spent visiting agencies, on calls or in meetings. The role is very sociable and involves a high amount of day to day interaction with agencies, clients and our team. Although hard work, the role can be lots of fun.

A fun and interactive role with high proportion of face to face interaction

You will introduce Footprint Digital and encourage these partners to refer their clients to us through:

  • arranging meetings
  • delivering presentations
  • working to develop cross-referral distribution relationships

Where will I work?

Under current COVID-19 guidance our small London based team are working from home. We are a very close knit supportive team and we really miss spending time together! In time we will phase back into a co-working office space. We will decide the location collectively when guidelines allow.

What you need

Successful applicants for the role must share our values, have a reasonable understanding of the principles of Digital Marketing (often people in this role have recently completed a marketing degree) and have some experience in the industry.  It could suit someone that has previously worked for and understands how web design agencies work.

The holder of the role will be expected to come to the role with exceptional presentation delivery skills, emotional intelligence, rapport building skills and project management skills alongside the ability to spot opportunities and ultimately generate leads.

Based in London with occasional visits to our office in Colchester

Your working day will typically be standard office hours, Monday to Friday. Normally the role would be 4 days per week out of the office in meetings and one day in the office. It will return to this in the future. In the meantime the entire role will be working from home. Once we feel it is safe we will invite you to visit our office in Colchester a few times a month for ongoing education.
