Footprint Apprentice Challenge

6 times a year our friendships are put aside and an intense battle to become winner of the Footprint Digital Apprentice Challenge takes place.

Following the format of the well-known TV show, the team is split into 2 and is set a team business challenge. Director, Tom Bowden, plays the role of Alan Sugar (although he’d rather be the fearless Margaret Mountford). To the winners, glory, for the losers… you’re fired!

Think with Footprint events

Business Development: Junior Partnership Development Manager

As a Junior Partnership Development Manager you will be working in Central London, with 1 day per week at our Head Office in Colchester for continued professional education. You will have ultimate responsibility to generate qualified leads through partnerships in London. Aspects of the job will include building New Distribution Relationships, managing Existing Distribution Relationships, organising sales events with distribution partners, delivering presentations, training, workshops and events, and attending networking events.


Client Services: Junior Relationship Manager

As a Junior Relationship Manager you will be based in our Colchester office (the team are currently working from home due to Covid-19). This is largely an office-based role although you will spend time in meetings or visiting clients. Your working day will be 9am-5.30am Monday to Friday.


Delivery Team: Content Administrator


We love our clients and want the best for them. The Content Administrator Role ensures that our clients' websites have excellent website content, blogs and much more. You will be working on content for a wide and diverse range of clients, so it is important that you are passionate about learning and researching, as well as about creating fantastic content.

• Researching content topics and opportunities for a range of clients
• Helping shape our content products
• Take accountability for, and adapt department workflows
• Productivity - Ensure volume of work is achieved
• Delegate and distribute tasks to outsource team - provision of content topics and briefings
• Proofread Content Strategies, Keyword Research, Blogs etc
• Ensure 100% implementation of content on clients' websites


Head of Growth


You will become an integral part of the team. Business Development Manager

Your role as the Business Development Manager is to start the relationship by converting new business leads into revenue.
