Our vision is to help every business in the world achieve more.
We are looking for exceptional people to join us on the journey to achieve this vision.
Our team is made up of high achievers; industry leaders; 1st class undergraduate degrees; masters degree distinctions; and those with 10 years+ industry experience.
The defining characteristic of our team is that we are sponges not stones. Whatever position you hold in the company and whatever experience you bring we are looking for people that are looking to absorb everything they can.
We strive to be the best company in the world to work for, and our vision is to create a team that says:
"I am proud of my job and I am supported to do the best work of my career"
We will support you as you face the true personal challenge of breaking out of your shell and growing a new one.
Throughout your time with us, we will support you to:
Never stop learning
Work in a collaborative environment with a strong support network
Have the freedom to do the best work of your career
Develop leadership skills
Improve your ability to walk into any company and create results
Grow personally and professionally
All work and no play... is exactly how we would all choose to spend our time, but, occassionally our arms are twisted and out into the wilderness we go! Previous Footprint fun days have included Shooting, Boating, Wine Tasting & Firewalking!
6 times a year our friendships are put aside and an intense battle to become winner of the Footprint Digital Apprentice Challenge takes place. Following the format of the well-known TV show, the team is split into 2 and is set a team business challenge. Director, Tom Bowden, plays the role of Alan Sugar (although he'd rather be the fearless Margaret Mountford). To the winners, glory, for the losers... you're fired!
We love to learn and work to improve personally, as well as professionally. Each month we invite a guest speaker into the Footprint offices to share with us their theories and thoughts on the world. The "Think with Footprint" series covers a broad range of topics and tend to cover personal development topics rather than exclusively digital. Previous talks have covered 'Personality Types', 'The Art of Strategy', 'Coaching' and 'How to Say No'. More information about these sessions can be found in our News section.
