Footprint Digital Pass the Google Exams!

We like being at the top of our game, and the nature of our work means that knowing Google AdWords and Google Analytics inside out and back to front are imperative to us. These are tools that we use on a daily basis for our clients’ PPC and SEO campaigns and consequently they are our bread and butter.
As a Google Partner, we are able to take Google exams in AdWords and Analytics, which have to be refreshed regularly (because these tools are constantly changing and evolving!) So, after lots of revision and extra internal training sessions, we sat down as a group ready to take the three exams (Analytics, AdWords Fundamentals, and Search Advertising) – on the 23rd December. Yep, you heard us right, the day before Christmas eve saw us sitting down to our examinations!
Each exam takes around an hour and a half, and the pass mark is a rigorous 80%. Thankfully we all passed with flying colours (which was lucky really, as a fail would’ve been a pretty bad Christmas present!) As a very welcome treat, James, our Director, had ordered us mojitos from a local restaurant to be brought in after the exams to celebrate our success, and the start of the festive season!
We are all extremely proud to be Google AdWords and Analytics certified, and hope that this kind of ongoing training and examination will help us to help our clients in the best ways possible.
